Corgis, especially the Pembroke Welsh Corgi and the Cardigan Welsh Corgi, are enchanting and distinctive breeds. Originating from Wales, these small dogs have gained immense popularity not only for their intelligence and agility but also for their charming appearance.
Corgis were originally bred as herding dogs, nipping at the heels of cattle to drive them forward. This herding instinct remains ingrained in their behavior, making them lively, alert, and responsive companions. Despite their relatively small size, Corgis are robust and can keep up with the best of them.
Milo is a Pembroke Welsh Corgi and was adopted by Cliff and Beth, New Town Residents, this past summer. Milo has taken to his new surroundings well—including his first-ever swim in one of the New Town lakes! He is highly energetic and loves to jump up with two paws high in the air to give his human companions a double high five.
To assist the humans that live in his house, he has agreed to undergo some sort of training and is currently enrolled in Ultimate K9 Training, owned and operated by Thaer Karim. He loves when he gets to play with the smaller humans too.
